Horse mouth measure used to measure the size of your horse or ponies mouth. 

If purchasing bombers or NS bits please use the following guide

Please add 5mm for loose action bits with no joint. Add 10mm on for loose action bits with 1 or 2 joints. Please add 15mm for bits like the verbindend and waterfords. 

Please add 5mm on for fixed action bits with 1 or 2 joints. No joint should fit snug. 

If using other brands we recommend with loose action you add 10mm to bits with no joint and 15mm to bits with a joint so the lip doesn't pinch.
